Gavin Busch

I’m a current member of the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board and a Narrow Neck resident.

My wife and I are raising three children here; including a son at Rosmini College.

With a strong background in governance, I’ve chaired the Board of Trustees at St Leo’s Primary, served as a trustee on charitable trusts, and worked as a company director. I run a financial advisory practice in Milford, with over 25 years of experience in finance, investment, and economics.

Community involvement has always been important to me. I’m an active member of Devonport Rotary and serve as Finance Chair for the Rotary District. I also volunteer as a firefighter with the Devonport Volunteer Fire Brigade.

As Council budgets tighten, I’ll continue to advocate for fair funding, practical solutions, and strong representation for our Devonport-Takapuna residents and community groups.
